Meineke Car Care Center - Refund over one month

I am still waiting on my reimbursement from Meineke on Flamingo and Arville. They had my car for over 2 weeks and I was told that I will get reimbursed for Uber after I get my car back. Every time I have to ask the Manager Ed Nauta, for updates, he never calls me first, I have to always ask for updates on my jeep and now for my refund. My refund is over $400 and this is ridiculous that I have to keep waiting, when I had to pay out of pocket first, when Meneike messed up my car and I have to wait for another shop to fix it, then I have to turn in my jeep again because that "shop" messed it up again. Why do I have to suffer? Now I had to get a new battery and a new alternator, the day after I got my jeep back. And they said it isnt their fault! So all of a sudden my alternator is broken? Who do I need to talk to because OBVIOUSLY the manager or the District Manager cannot help me! $400 is not pocket change! I have to not pay bills because of this and I have to keep waiting and keep asking "what is the status". Noone likes to take initiative and help the customers. The customer has to be the one to ask... hey are u done with my car? Hey can I pick up my car? Hey wheres my refund? Every week I have to keep asking? Noone can call me to tell me the status? This is such bad customer service! I will also do a major complaint on BBB. I want my refund! Today is one month! I have given all the receipts! This is ridiculous Have someone call me! [protected]. I have to keep waiting because the manager isnt there? I have to keep waiting because the manager is on leave! What kind of service is that! If you are not there... have someone else handle it! But his assistant is another idiot. I have been there every wkend for over 4 hrs waiting on my jeep for them to tell me... oh idk whats wrong. Then to have them tell me... we need to keep it overnight... to tell me they need it for a week. Then 2 weeks! And I have to pay for my own uber! And I cant do my errands because they wont pay for that ride! I want my refund! Too much excuses! This company is ridiculous and be sure that I will post this on social media and on BBB.

Desired outcome: I want my refund!!!! Today is one month! I have given all the receipts! This is ridiculous. Have someone call me!!! [protected].
