purchased shampoo, conditioner and leave in moisturizer from the Sexy Hair line after loving the Sexy hair Love Oil the Stylist used on my hair after a haircut. I was later given a sample of another product that I preferred over the Sexy Hair and decided I would like to return the products I purchased from Great Clips. Unfortunately I could not provide the receipt to return the products and was told the products could not be returned without a receipt. I then requested a store credit and was told that was not possible. No where in the store or on the receipt is there signage that a receipt needs to be provided to return/or receive store credit for merchandise. I ask for the Manager's name and number. I contacted the GM Leona on a Saturday leaving a voice message of my issue. After having no response from the GM by Wednesday I contacted corporate customer service who stated they would follow up with the GM. The GM did call me and stated that the last purchase she noted in the system from me was in 2016 which I informed her was incorrect. Although I did not have the actual receipt for my recent purchase I did have my credit card statement showing the charge date, amount, being charged to the store Great Clips 3030 W Ann Road STE 111 North Las Vegas, NV store # 6225. I inquired would that be proof enough to identifying the purchase and allowing me a store credit. The GM was very rude in stating NO...and that I could not talk with the owner of the franchise as I requested. I informed her I thought she and the store provided horrible customer service and that if no returns were allowed the store should have posted policy or state so on the receipt. So here I am stuck with products that I don't want and can't return. This was truly less than a GREAT experience...
