Great Clips review: Employee

I have been going to the great clips at Towne Park Plaza in Albuquerque NM for many years. I always get a great cut and the customer service has been great till today. Rick called me back to the sink to wet my hair and I was trying to tell him that I can't sit back in those chairs at the sink because I have back issues and asked if he could he just spray it instead. He cut me off mid sentence and said that's how he likes to do it and motioned me to the chair again. I told him again that I can't sit like that and he said ok. Then we walked over to his chair for the cut and as I was starting to tell him how much I'd like taken off he told me to get out of his chair that I was rude and that he didn't do rude - then he proceeded to YELL at me saying 3 times that a haircut is a privilege and not a right. I had to asked him to stop because was just going off on me. The lady who ended up cutting my hair told me he'd been having trouble with customers all week. He was loud, and aggressive. I have decided to find another salon and take my business elsewhere but I felt someone needed to be aware.
