On Wednesday 09/20/23 at approximately 5:30pm I order a meal 2 piece meal thru the drive thru, before leaving the parking lot I look to make sure that my biscuit was in there, like always they forgot my biscuit. I went inside to get my biscuit and when I look over at the worker I notice the cook was not wearing gloves and he was wiping his nose with his hand and using the same hand to handle the chicken. I spoke with the manage who name is Theo. As I stated I was only going in to get my biscuit but after seeing what I saw I walk back to my car to get my meal and a refund because I got sick to my stomach and didn't have the hungriness that I had for the chicken. Because of so much things that is going on worker should be brief on handle food the safe way. Following the Health Department guidelines.
Desired outcome: Teach worker how to practice safe guidelines when handling food. I feel I should be accommodated.
