My Daughter went in there for and inspection on 10-07-2022 and I knew she needed Front brake calipers, Rotors and Pads, and I expressed to the mechanic whose name was either Roosevelt or Dominic (because the mechanic put in a fake employee number on the paperwork) in charge of doing the job that if any other work is needed to let me know personally as my daughter knows nothing about cars and she was way up north in New York at school. The mechanic called me back and said she needs wipers as well at which time I said ok, in the interim he put on 2 front struts and labor involved to the sum of $744.00 without telling me but instead tells my daughter which the car did not need to pass inspection as the one`s that were on the car were in good working condition, I have since spoken to Jeff (asst manager), Cori (Manager) who then said they cannot resolve my issue and I was told I would get a call back from mike the district manager and still weeks later haven`t heard from Mike the district manager in order to address this matter of how it was not ok to install these struts in the first place so instead after numerous phone calls have just ignored my calls and this has been going on for over a month now.
