Placed a mobile order through the iPhone application and picked drive-through. Arrived at the restaurant about 30 minutes later. Waited for 15 minutes at the drive-through speaker. Told the clerk I had a mobile order, told me I had to come in to the restaurant. I pulled around and parked and went inside the restaurant and waited another 25 - 30 minutes to get up to the counter. Told the clerk I had ordered 50 minutes ago, she said they were short staffed, and if I did not like it I could go somewhere else. I requested a refund which I got in cash about 15 minutes later as the manager could not get the refund to go back to my card.
