Your female pharmacist who works weekends probably needs help and is incredibly stressed. It had turned into unacceptable customer service.
Store is in Briarcliff NY. This weekend is not much different from other times except she is yelling at customers now. We have compassion and understanding, we have dealt with it for months but today was the final straw. In this one case, 7 hours have been documented to try to get one medication. We did not even receive the meds.
Customers are waiting hours (no exaggeration) to receive meds and a few have had to return to the store several times to process.
Our family is switching to another CVS pharmacy.
For the record, the tech in the new store was unable to call the other store (left on hold for 20 plus minutes and had to hang up). The RX could not be released in the system on the new store's end because the old store had to make an error.
We called Customer Care who gave suggestions on how to switch pharmacies and instructed us to share with other unhappy customers. They lost us as customers and several others that day.
The more important part is that you should get her professional help. Probably also remove her from working with public for now and suggest relocating her because there are numerous people unhappy with her and may not give her an opportunity to work with her again.
Desired outcome: Remove the pharmacist and get her needed help
