While using the gym yesterday on January 22nd 2020 in the evening around 8:30pm I was kicked out from the hydromassage bed by a female employee of the gym.
After requesting the service and waiting an appropriate time I was on the bed for about 3 minutes receiving massage and enjoying the service. Right at that time the female employee on site approached me and said in a rapid voice that I have to leave because there is another gym member who was there waiting before me but was away and now she is back and I have to leave.
I did assure the employee that I did request the service at the front desk, waited and now am nearly half way through with my session appropriately I am a black card member and have a full right to the service.
I was still asked, in a rude tone of voice, to leave the bed. Which I did.
The fact that the two gym members have a right to the same amenity at the same time doesn't surprise me given how busy the front desk was (although they could try a bit harder to manage the front desk). What is most revolting to me is the fact that when that employee (I wish I knew her name) practically through me off the hydro bed last night, did not even say sorry or apologized for the inconvenience. Neither did she offer me to wait and use the service as soon as the current client is done.
I am finding it highly unprofessional, revolving and plain rude.
I request that the person who mistreated last night at the gym will be held responsible for her actions.
