I placed an order for the Elegant Blush Bouquet and Chocolates on 5/07/21.
$100.67 Delivery on 5/09. There was a delay. I received a call from customer service 5/07 8:35PM the bouquet I ordered would be exchanged for an equal value assortment on 5/9. I agreed. I contacted them again on 5/9 because I had no tracking number and nothing had arrived. Customer service stated the etd would be the 11th now. No one contacted me to tell me this.
In the end my Mother In Law received a delivery Wednesday 5/12 at 5:03PM. That is saved in the FedEx tracking, my account shows it was delivered 5/09. I will attach
Not one thing I ordered she received. Tulips (not comparable at all to my original order) already blooming, NO vase and NO chocolates. I tried to speak with CS through chat. I kept getting a message that the connection was bad. I called and the rep asked if I would like redelivery. I asked if my original order would be delivered., She said the Elegant Blush Bouquet. I again asked her to look at my order that there were also chocolates and the vase should be included. She put me on hold and came back to tell me that part of the acct was locked. I asked to speak to a supervisor. She said someone would call me. I asked when. She stated as soon as we hang up. That was 5/13 at 2:11 PM and I have not heard from anyone. I waited until May 14 to dispute the claim with my bank. And now they are as of today 5/26 disputing my refund.
I have tried to resolve this. If redelivery of my original order was offered I would have been completely fine with that. They have a guarantee on their service and they did not delivery one thing I paid for.
I really wanted my MIL to have something special. We live states apart and couldn't visit. The chocolates were for my Father In Law. He has Alzheimer's and I didn't want him to feel left out. And my MIL deserved a beautiful bouquet for her special day because taking care of him daily is hard. This is not right to treat consumers this way when a company guarantees satisfaction. She got sickly tulips without even a pretty vase to put them in and my FIL got nothing.
Desired outcome: Redelivery of original order or refund
