I am complaining because they took out the amount for the order twice. They should have been up front and honest about their way of paying. They held one payment as security, really. Why do you need a security payment if you have my card to process the payment as soon as my order is placed.

This is shady practices. Just waiting to see if they deliver as they say. Needed for a Friend's Funeral. If they take out both payments, will file a complaint with my bank as fraud...Can you check into their practices.
