Mavis Discount Tire

yesterday about 4pm i stopped into the mavis tire location located at 62 Clinton Ave., Cortland, NY 13045 ·to have a new registration sticker put in my truck my wife went in to ask some one to please put our new registration sticker in our truck the employee comes out scrapes my current inspection sticker half way off before i say to him that is the inspection sticker he turns to me with my daughter in the car and says Jesus [censored]ing Christ after he realized his mistake my wife was standing right behind him when he said that to me my wife goes into the location to inform the manager of the serious mistake and the manager asked the said employee if he cussed at the customers he just serviced and he said no. there was no i, m sorry mavis had to re inspect our truck which had a good inspection sticker until oct now because of his screw up my inspection on the new sticker is august . i want this employee fired and the store reprimanded for the employees conduct and actions sincerely mr underwood

had new tires put on car because front was out of alignment. mavis replaced tires and did a front end alignment. a day later the car was making scrapeing noises and vibration. took car to my mechanic and was told the left tire was about to fall off it was so loose. went to mavis in Cortland ny and was told there was a period of time that I had to check my lug nuts myself. what a bunch of bull. we don't even know if front end was properly aligned because tire was so loose. we will be looking for a better tire store that is willing to stand by their work.
