Hello: I purchased a pair of "Caribbean Sun" Sunglasses at Walmart Vision, and the lenses ( right ) shattered! I went back to the Walmart Vision center in Glenvile . I was told by Gary Weaver (Manager), and was told I had no warrantee .( 60 days was offered for my Cracked lenses to be replaced ).With A recept or bank statement ( from my internet), I discarded the recept after returning A chipped pair of "Sarrengetti Sunglasses", ( the recept was wrinkled and dirty, so I discarded it)
On one of the " Caribbean Sun " website, I was unable to find an Address or phone# to contact someone for questions about" Cariibbean Sun " Sunglasses warrantee I was unsuccessful in my long search.
Every item has an address or phone# for a buyer to contact them."Caribbean Sun " has no buyer information . I was given this "Achieva Direct" web site from Another Walmart Vision store on 10/11/09.

I bought a pair of CS sunglasses and the lens fell out because the little screw holding the frame together fell out. Walmart replaced the glasses. The ear piece broke at the temple and they could not replace it since they could not get parts. I've contacted CS directly at their customer service department and I'm waiting for a response to see if I can get the parts. I really like the glasses and they have gone through a lot ... I bought a second pair and they are holding up even after a 10 month trip to asia. I'd probably buy another pair when these break :).
I purchased a pair of Caribbean Sun sunglasses. within a month the screw on the right lens loosened. I did not realize this as frame was still together, the lens fell out broke. I went back to the store to buy a new lens. I was told that there is no way to acquire a new one, nor could I contact Caribbean Sun sunglasses get a replacement lenses. This is very disappointing, and poor product support from WalMart. I will not use their vision center again. I am not happy.

As someone that has worked in the eyeglasses business for over 13 years, big chains are not the best service. The small eyeglass offices do more for you. Prices may seem more but quality is far better.
If your driving a car and hit a brick wall should Ford fix your car. Or if you leave a camera in your car and it melts should Nikon fit the bill. If you drop sunglasses that's your fault not the manufacturer or the retail store where you bought them. Please do not swear at a chicken the next time you drop your eggs.
I too purchased a pair of Caribbean Sun sunglasses. I dropped them and the lens cracked. I went back to the store to get a new lense and they said I had to go to their website. I go there and nothing opens up. There is no way to contact them or get my lenses fixed. This is very disappointing, and poor product support from WalMart. I am not happy.
I also purchased a pair of Caribbean sun sunglasses from Walmart. Figured paying higher price for them I was getting better quality. Wrong! After wearing them for only a couple of weeks the eye peice broke. Walmart said I was out of luck and Caribbean Sun appearently knows their quality has problems, because there is no way to contact them. This is not the only time I have had problems with walmart's no warranty and not standing behind their products policy. I don't shop there anymore and definatly won't by Caribbean sun Products again!
I purchased progressive bifocals a couple yrs ago. i spent over 600.00. the frame broke, i took them back and was told thier was nothing they could do. I will never buy glasses there again.
