I've had no service or internet for two days and no one is helping me or contacting me back at optimum. I have been hung up on twice after waiting 30 minutes and the horrific experiences go on. I pay my bill on time for years yet every month I have no internet for at least 5 days. I am loosing work because I work from home. I need this resolved ASAP. The agent at optimum told me it will be 14 business days before a tech can come look at the issue and on top pf that, charge me $80 for a service that I have already paid for this month, but does not work. I am unable to talk to my friends and family because I have no service, I am unable to send pics of my nieces baptism because I have no service. This is unreal!
