6 months ago I was solicited by Optimum Mobile to change one both of my phone service to them. Well, I did only one of my phones and my wife did not agree to Optimum's mobile service. My phone was never actually on Optimum mobile service, although I was charged and paid 6 months service. Optimum even had the audacity to assign a phone number to me in order for me to continue to pay for their service.
I called Consumer Cellular who is my mobile phone provider and they relinquished I was on their service for the past 6 months. Now, why was I paying Optimum for service I never received? I called Optimum to ask why was I charged for the service I never had.
I am seeking a fair refund for paying for a false service, and providing me a fake phone number in order for me to continue paying for non-service. My phone number is [protected]. The fake number assigned to me is [protected].
Please respond to me via phone, email:[protected]@att.net, or messenger.
Thank you for your assistance.
