CVS - Investigation of everyone involved

I went into CVS pharmacy around 11:45-12:00 pm today on 11/22/2021 to get a Flu Shot. I was greeted by the pharmacy manager that asked how can she help me, I informed her that I was here for a flu shot, I then proceeded to give her my CVS Caremark card that has been issued to NYU employees. I was asked do I want to fill out the flu shot paperwork electronic which a text was going to be sent to my phone or paper copy. I agreed to the paper copy. As I was filing out the questionnaire I heard someone call my name, I proceeded towards the flu shot administering area. The young lady said yes she did call my name. She asked which arm I prefer, I rolled up my left sleeve because I'm a righty. She then proceeded to clean my left arm with alcohol wipes and then she stuck me, administering the vaccine. Seconds to follow her name that I have learned now is Miriam, said "Oh [censored]". I proceeded to ask Miriam is everything ok and she said I have to stick you again. I immediately got up in defense and said No. I asked what Miriam what did she stick into my arm and she stated nothing calm down, I asked to speak with a manager immediately, the young lady that initially took my flu shot card and handed me the paperwork to fill out came over to me with Miriam in the vaccination. As she is approaching me I start to ask her what's going on and what did Miriam give me, she ask me to calm down and listen to her. I stopped to listen and her exact words was she didn't give you anything, I went on to say that she just stuck me with the needle and administered something and the manager proceeded to say that what I was saying is not true. I was is shocked that this just happened to me and I complained and was told that what I'm saying happened to me is not true. I proceeded to call the police for assistance, in the process of me waiting for police assistance I got hot and light headed, I sat on the floor. I don't how much time had past but know cared to help me, I really mean know one. No police showed up, I sat there waited, finally as I felt better I got and walked towards the front on the store and inquired about the ambulance coming and then I was told that one did come but left because they informed that know one needed assistance. A nice young lady helped me, she told me to have a seat in the photo area and a manger would come to talk to me. Then EMT showed up about an hour later, a different young lady over heard me explaining to EMT what happened and she offered me a bottle that she paid for herself. Nothing about today will I ever forget, I will never forget what Miriam ddi to me today, violated my rights as a human being. It's not ok to administer the wrong medication to anyone, I will never forget the pharmacy manager that covered it up. I sat in CVS store for over 2 and a half hours before the police came to obtain an incident report from the pharmacy manager, who then still did not want to give me one. I know I was being discriminated against because I was black, I know that because I was the black women with tears in her eyes and know one would help me. How much distress does a women of color have to be in to get help.
