A door tag was left on my front door yesterday, March 16, 2016, indicating that an attempt was made to deliver a package. The door tag had the wrong date on it (2/16/16), and had no information about future delivery attempts. Today, while I was at work, the delivery person returned and crossed out the '6' in '16' and wrote a '7' and then checked off the box that said this was the final attempt to deliver the package. The tag indicated that I could drive to a FedEx Center 1 1/2 HOURS AWAY to pick it up.
I called FedEx to explain the situation, including the issue with the wrong date, only two attempts to deliver, and no indication when they would return. As I was speaking to a Supervisor of the Customer Advocate Team named Samantha, she apparently lost her patience with me and hung up on me! I called back again, and was told by another Supervisor, Alyssa, that Samantha had nothing more to communicate to me, and reiterated that if I wanted my package I would need to drive three hours there and back to pick it up.
I have never been treated this way before by a company, and am extremely disappointed with FedEx. They will not be getting my business, and I will make sure to encourage others to avoid FedEx, as well.

I had a package sent to my uncle by FedEx ground, I usually use the USPS. Today, a package that was to be delivered to my uncle's house. Instead, FedEx had given the package to someone else. And my uncle has to go to the hospital because of his medicine was in the package. I thought for such a big company, that package would for sure be delivered. I thought wrong.
