I tried to place an order online today and was not even able to see a menu, other than the menu for sides. After being unable to order online, I called the restaurant to place my order and was placed on hold for over 15 minutes. My husband called from his phone, reached someone so I told this man that I had been on hold for over 15 minutes on my other phone and wanted to speak to a manager, at which point, he hung up on me. I was still on hold on my phone and someone (I believe the same man who hung up on me) answered, asked for the name on the order, then said "oh, I have an order started already", what? I never even gave an order. Anyway, he said their website crashed, he was sorry, etc. My husband is now on his way to pick up our order, which I have a funny feeling will not be correct. Will file another complaint if it isn't! We do eat here a few times a year, usually for a special occasion, this was for my birthday, and the service is getting worse. I don't think that anyone there cares at all about customer service. This is the only decent steakhouse in my area, but from now on, my husband will cook on the grill instead of spending $80 on a dinner that only leads to frustration!
Desired outcome: Call from customer service or restaurant manager.
