My washing machine broke and a service tech came out to repair it. He informed me that I needed a new drum and he would have to order tit and they would let me know when it was in. I was informed last Friday that it came in and I made an appointment for today. I was given a 4 hour window. I having been going back to the laundromat and I stopped going because I knew that they were coming today. I have so much laundry and I got up early fo clean out my laundry room so the tech could have room to repair the machine. I also took off work and. I lost a days pay. I just got a phone call that the service tech made a mistake and that this job calls for two repairmen. So they would be cancellinv my appointment. I am beyond upset and his answer to me was to go to the laundromat. They can’t give me another appointment until next Wednesday. This is just a terrible way to treat a customer who has purchased all of her kitchen appliances, tvs and washing machine and ddryet from your company. I am beyond upset.
Desired outcome: I would like an earlier service appointment and a time instead of a4 hour window so I don’t have to lose another days pay
