This branch has just opened and often has been unable to fill scripts due to lack of stock and keeps us waitng up to one week to get scrips filled.
Today, my husband received a new script from a legal health provider that reduced his prescription dose and he gave to pharmacy at 10 am this morning. They do not have brio in stock and can't get until Monday and they did not recieve response until after 8:30 PM tonite when we were in complaining that pharmacy and pharmacist did nothing to resolve issue. At 8:45 pm they said they had resolved problem but could not fill script. When we became frustrated with pharmasist, she hung up on us. When we called back -, we were told by an assistant that she was pregnent and could not handle the stress. I responded that since she was stressed, my husband needed to go without his asthma medication until Monday and that was not a problem for her. at that time the assistant also hung up on us.
so we have no medication for my husband until Monday?
I thought Walgreens advertised that they are there for us? How is that...
WShy can you not hire qualified help and stock the pharmachy. I do not understand and am very unhappy and worried about my husband's health thru the week-end. Do you care? By the way, we have actaul health insurance that you can charge. Please explain and HELP
