On 5/8/2021 I purchased the refrigerator with the extended warranty and it was delivered on 5/12/2021. I noticed the doors on the refrigerator was not opening and closing properly. I called the customer service # on 5/13/2021 and they sent a man on 5/15/2021. He tried to adjust the doors but only made it worse. I went to the store where I bought the refrigerator and made a another appointment to have someone come and fix the problem on 5/18/2021. They made the appointment for 5/19/2021. When he arrived he said he can't fix the problem with the doors that he would have to order new doors. He did not tell me when or how long that would take. I called customer service again they put in contact with the sales person that sold me the broken refrigerator and he said he will talk to his manager about exchanging the refrigerator. He said he will call me back. It's been 72 hours and no phone call. I have kids at home and need a working refrigerator.
Desired outcome: I want new refrigerator or my money back.
