I Jacob campo employed since sept at Popeyes learned from Popeyes academy school learned a lot working well and employees Mizan and young kid being immature bothering really so I complaint to manager Anwar. new gm Chen after Anwar left to other restaurant blaming me about chicken on the tray thinking I was saving it for later and it was Vilma who put, put the chicken there. Then Ladie Chen trying to argue with me about mash potatoes pointing her finger at me then other new guy I never saw before in my face like hes gona try to strike or attempt to punch so I left the restaurant and called the cops. Informed Anwar and owner roger so I was moved to other restaurant. plus in shift working eight hours would think to get brake in between and brake is at the start of work to eat chicken side fries with drink and biscuit then employees teasing and not allowing me to take food and then not even serving food when I'm there to work get money and those waiting for me to ask them for meal more than one time. Should be penalize against the law to over work workers the purpose of brake is for rest after at least four hours after work. Started at other restaurant was moved by the owner to Yonkers resturaunt. there doing great at job had only three day schedule before at other restaurant schedule is open to close open to close not healthy would need time to rest to work the next day normal schedule would close the shift I took in the beginning. so at other restaurant had three days only moved by owner roger him saying this is not your wrong doing work here make career for your self. Finished schedule for five days and next week came in on Thursday early gm had me start at 8pm instead of four to finish at 10:30pm could finish maybe at 11:30pm if started at regular time.informed manager this before he left with others with a vacation shirt on coulve been Hawaii India or China. Honestly could not finish on time being that my bus to the Bronx leaves at last at 12:33am not taking chance cause bus saw me and left me I complaint to the mta about that and driver fired. being that late, last bus to the railroad train leave at1:01am. again not healthy would need rest I miss the train means I wait now till 5am for next train at metro north rail. Informed gm at bus stops I left restaurant closed door shut light as instructed and that it was impossible for me to finish. should've had me start at four regular time to finish at regular time. Got on bus and went home at regular time. now tried to see about schedule upset about that Thursday of off course not so urgent to go back to work after all that and put a complaint now spoke to manager about time to come in on time right time before work would start at 4 on sat sun and now gm says he on vacation and he said he'll be back for me to wait. Now it's been over a month called him hanging up the phone on me demanded 20 dollars for the ride the night the bus left me at 12:33am. charging me for two Ubers when I only took one ride home from working all night. And now nov 12th 2022 still haven't heard from gm, tried also to contact owner roger and he doesn't answer the phone lying accusing me of saying to much or talking too much and I'm there for work wouldn't call about other things or to annoy him or bother him seems like he blocked my number so I want these people investigated penalized stripped of their license arrested and fired for abuse discrimination and harassment on new employee. against me maybe cause I'm Puerto Rican or a Christian that believes Jesus the Christ is the messiah. Which is wrong harassment and mismaletreatment against me. also I know this job did well at school have high school diploma in college now earning credits need money for rent school phone bill. know prep packing cook cashier lobby bathrooms drive thrue. also work at job similar for two years at Burgerking feel and know this is crime false lies and sicho against me the Popeyes should be shut down they probably hurt others that are not skilled or smart like me and it's not fair please further escalate this to other and proper authority's.
Desired outcome: employees Vilma Mizan gm at Yonkers owner roger and Chen investigated fired for harassment abuse and mismaletreatment and possibly arrested.
