This issue starts on 11/20/23, Seven medications were ordered online thru the CVS website. A call was made to the Pharmacy on 11/22 about only one medication being "worked on". These were supposed to be ready on 11/21. The pharmacist assured me that they would ALL be ready by 3pm on 11/22. The CVS website was checked again today 11/25. There was only one medication completed. The others, according to the CVS website, were "in process". We ATTEMPTED to get more information by going through the drive thru, it was closed WELL before your posted 130pm lunch. There was ALSO a sign that stated that the Drive thru was closed due to lack of staff. While I believe the lack of staff, people use the drive thru for easier access and limited mobility! A trip inside was made. We watched for over 10 minutes while the only tech just looked at people and didn't even acknowledge the 5 people in line. When I finally got to the register I was told that it would take an hour to fill. This is when I got the song and dance about the short staff and being backed up. A relative of mine worked at this specific store for over 8yrs has it has been worse than this before, but telling someone that it will taka an hour to to fill meds that SHOULD have been done two days ago is ludicrous! I told the tech that the meds better be completed by noon on 11/25. I will be making ANOTHER complaint if they are NOT done by noon on 11/2.

Desired outcome: Hire more staff that is RELIABLE. Acknowledge that you have a problem and FIX IT!
