I bought a laptop computer in October and got the warranty. Was told by sales person that I could cancel within a month, if I changed my mind. I called and cancelled the warranty on Nov.06, 2020. It was for $180. I cannot get Best Buy to credit me the $180 for the warranty. I have called customer service twice and have talked to five different departments and all I get is the run around. No one will help me. They say that the warranty has been cancelled but there is no credit.
Will never buy anything else from Best Buy.
