On 11/16/20, I entered the At Home location in Springdale, OH. I spent approx. 40 minutes shopping, walking past employees who said nothing about a mask. I was finally asked after about 25 minutes in the store if I had one. I said no. When I went to check out AFTER 40 minutes, I was told I would have to leave if I didn't have a mask. They do not know why I did not have a mask on, and to wait until I wasted 40 minutes of my time? Unacceptable. I can shop anywhere, but chose At Home. Perhaps like Gov. DeWine has stated in his addresses, maybe you ask someone if they have a mask on, but don't deny them service if they don't have one on. Again, no one knows why I didn't have one on.
