At Home review: Coupons and account error?

I was to receive a digital birthday coupon too late to use for the 20% off and I then went to the cashier with a good large purchase and wanted to use it and it was no longer available for use. I showed the cashier the issue date and she verified it should be good but I was unable to use it regardless and I just put the whole am of the purchase I believed I was getting discounted = on my At Home CC. This did not settle right with me, but I love the store. I again went in with a 10$ off paper coupon sent to me that same day and had the same problem and I could not use it. Cashier and manager of the store said I should contact corporate as I am a good customer and they saw this happen to me a couple times now? Is there an error with my account or something? Please help as the 1st thing I mentioned was for about a 200 $ savings on blow up yard decorations. I only got the CC for the benefits so if there are none I will cancel the card and or no longer use it. Please advise and I can send copies of the receipts. Thank you for your help in this matter.
