I was going to place a to go order at Long Horn in Eastgate Ohio, and I sat on the phone well over 25 minutes. This has not been the first time its happened. A lady finally answered, and as I asked her why it took so long to answere, she said they we're busy. Then she said that she would place me on hold again until the hostess answered, then she could take my order.
Out of frustration, I hung up the phone.
That was very unprofessional! They need someone to be attentive to answering the phone because not everyone is able to get online to order.
Claimed loss: My valuable time.
Desired outcome: Have someone answere the phone for carry out orders.
