Friday, June 4, 2021 at 11:00am, I went to your location at 35 W Mitchell Ave in Cincinnati, OH (Popeyes #12375). On "ORDER 8" I ordered 1-3PC tenders combo, 2-5PC tenders combo and a chicken sandwich. Received 2-3PC tenders combo and 1-5PC tenders combo with only 4 very small pieces of chicken (looked like the fries they were so skinny). There was no sandwich but don't think I paid for one either, so that was a wash. I got cheated out of 3 tenders, which add up to about $8 per you combo prices. I went back to complain but doors are locked and I wasn't about to sit another 30 minutes in that drive thru line so I called 513.641.2000 - TWICE. Each time the phone just rang and rang - nobody answered. Each time, the phone rang so long, it just hung up on me.
I JUST WANT MY $8.00 BACK FOR THE ITEMS I DID NOT RECEIVE!
Desired outcome: REFUND
