Popeyes - Service and long wait time

I went to my local Popeye's and there was a line of 5 people ahead of me and nobody was working the counter a girl who only had worked there one day started takiing and screwing up orders the 5 people ahead of me left

then I got to place my order and it took 55 min to get my order and then it was wrong 3 times I feel after being there for an hour I should get a refund you will find attached the receipts of how they messed up the order and one item the manager said they haven't carried for 2 yrs why have it in the system on your registr's, someone with 1 day training on the counter shouldn't be working their

I was charged 18.89 the first time because you will see how she messed up the orders I don't blame the 5 people that left with all the employee's in the back where they fill the orders just standing around talkiing

Desired outcome: I expect a refund and a responce

Popeyes - Chicken food and service

On 11/3/22, we stood in the drive thru line at Popeye's Chicken located on the corner of Springboro Pike and Alex Bell. My main complaint is that there was an employee that came to the parking lot and told all the cars standing in line at the time that the registers were closed. There was one person about 3 cars back that refused to move so that all the other cars could back out of the line. Cars had to back up and squeeze out around her. When we finally got out of the drive thru line, Kroger's chicken was closed and we had to go to Lee's Famous Recipe all the way in Centerville, Ohio. We ended up ordering a 12 piece Lee's Chicken Family Meal and a gallon jug of Sweet Tea. Our total came up to $45.18. We as a family were unsatisfied from Lee's Chicken because they didn't sell Red Beans and Rice and there were some other thing that they didn't sell. Their corn was very old but we didn't know at the time. The potato salad was also old as well. We didn't know till we purchased it. The store got new caps for their gallon jugs but didn't fit the gallon jugs. By the time we got home, the tea was turned over and spilled all in the car once we got home. After ordering all this food, only 2 pieces of chicken and a mac n cheese were eaten. The family was very dissatisfied because they wanted the Popeye's Chicken and the seasoned French Fries from Popeyes. I had to call Lees and tell them about the tea turning over in the car and how the food wasn't tasty and explain that the food wasn't ate. They told us to bring the entire order back and they would refund us the money. Each trip there was 30 minutes there and 30 minutes back vs. going to Popeyes, which is right up the street. Because nobody ate the food, the very next day, we returned everything to Lees. We returned back to Popeyes from that point forward. I can't believe I'm telling you this part of the story. What I'm about to tell you is SO DISSAPPOINTING AND SHOCKING that I still can't believe this happened. We made it to Popeyes chicken, we knew exactly what we wanted to order and I thought it was gonna be very simple and easy. We ordered in the quantity of 4 of the 6 pieces dinners. The line was very very very long. We were there about 15-20 minutes in the line initially. There were 2 all dark meat meals, there were 2 all white meals. On the dark meat meals, we wanted corn, they didn't offer corn so we got Mac n Cheese and Fries. They charged us 1.10 extra per meal for the dark meat Mac n Cheese. And for the White 2 piece meals, we wanted Red Beans and Rice for both sides. We thought that was a very simple and easy request. But no! When we got ready to pay at the window, the lady said we ordered 3 meals, and we told her no, there were 4 meals. We paid for 4 meals but it was 26.00 because of the 4 meals. We only got 3 meals but unfortunately, we didn't find out that we had the 3 meals until we got ready to pump gas way down the street. When we checked the bags, there were only 3 meals. We were so disappointed because we were very hungry. To have only 3 meals that far down the street and we were patient enough to wait the entire time behind all those cars, it was very frustrating. So we came back to Popeyes. The line was that much longer. No customers were allowed to come into the store but my girlfriend seen people going into the store with outfits on like they worked at Popeyes. My girl got behind the employees. I stayed in the drive thru line. My fgirl had the bag and the receipt. An employee came to the door to let this 6'2 elderly caucasian worker in. I stood there and asked her, "May I speak with a manager on duty?" My girl didn't wanna get back in line for a third time behind all those cars. The employee told my girl, "No, the manager is not about to speak with anyone". She seen me holding the bag with all this food and she's still trying to tell me NO. I said, PLEASE, may I speak to a manager? Woman employee let's the elderly Caucasian male employee in as there is a guy next to me in his car watching the entire thing. That guy, told my girl NO and slammed the door in her face. He pulled the door closed behind him in her face. The guy in the car said "You mean, you're gonna pull the door closed on her like that?". So I seen this happening. I got out of the drive thru line and approached the door myself. The guy in the car told me about everything and there was an African American manager that finally came to the door. She was not nasty in any way shape or form and in fact, she tried her best to smooth over the actions of the Caucasian older employee. She invited us both in. She got our order right just like we told her to do without being asked a billion and one times. She double verified our orders so that there were no mistakes. She got our orders. At that time, I felt just like punchin the Caucasian guy out because he dogged my girlfiend out. She is a Stage 5 kidney failure patient. One mind said, "Go in the bathfoom where I seen him going and have a discussion with him over why he did my girlfriend the way he did her?". But I thought better of the situation, and being that the manager handled it the correct way, I also considered that no one was supposed to be let in at that time. That idea saved this older Caucasian employee from having to take accountability for his actions. Otherwise I might've had to go out of character on him. What he did was very unprofessional, he should be made to write a written apology letter or be terminated for treating loyal customers in this manner. He didn't know my girl was about to have a bone biopsy surgery on Nov 7th. He very much upset my girlfriend in a way in which she didn't need to be upset. Also, please make a note of this... there is NO PHONE NUMBER ANYWHERE ON THE RECEIPT OR INDEX CARDS THAT THIS PARTICULAR LOCATION PASSES OUT. If a customer gets the wrong order, there hardly nothing they can do until they are at home dissatisfied like we were. Also, there was a young light skinned young cashier who I specifically told we want 4 instead of 3 orders and she PURPOSELY KNEW that once we left the drive thru line, that this order was not the way it was suppose to be. And I know that's who tood the order because I can recognize voices.

Desired outcome: Please call either Mark Brown at [protected] or Felicia Baber at [protected]. Due to the limit of 240 characters, I can't say everything I wanna say but trust me, you wanna hear every detail of my complaint. Thanks and have a nice day.
