I bought my refrigerator on august 14 2021 from the store. I also bought all state protection plan. on September 3 the refrigerator stopped working. I called All State on Monday September 5 to file a claim and they could not find my plan. they told me it could take up to 2 days to find it or issue me a new one. they emailed me back that night with the policy number. I filed the claim and had to call all state for the claim. They could not get a hold of any one Monday night. it was 10pm so the guy said he would get in touch with them today and call me when he did of course this did not happen. When I got home from work, I called all state. they put me in touch with LG the manufacture of the refrigerator. I spent 2 hours on the phone with them. I was told they could not find a repair man in my area and would have to send my case to the field people. They said it could take up to 5 business days to get a reply. this will be September 13. That makes 10 days I have not had a refrigerator. this is majorly wrong. I should not have to wait almost 2 weeks to get my refrigerator fixed. makes me wonder why I spent the money for protection when nothing is getting fixed
Desired outcome: i would like my refrigerator fixed or a new one. i should not have to wait 2 weeks for them to fix it maybe
