My wife and I had scheduled appointments for COVID testing today (9/9/21) at 4:40 PM and 4:50 PM at 600 East State St. in Fremont, OH. We arrived in car line up at 4:20 PM and got to the window 1 hour and 20 minutes later only to be told that the lady had gone home and all testing was cancelled for the remainder of the day. The polite attendant apologized and suggested we reschedule right away. Suffice it to say we were very frustrated with our foreign travel 3 days away.
We have rescheduled for the earliest available times in Fremont on Friday 9/10/21 at 4:20 and 4:30 PM.
PLEASE - can you help to see that CVS holds onto these committed times?

I can tell you from experience that people will go way head of their scheduled times because CVS won't make them come back, they will go ahead and give them the test, thus causing people to miss their appointments. Were I you go, go at least an hour ahead of your appointment times.
