I was charged when I placed my order on the website. I paid with Google Pay and the item was listed as pending in my checking account. When I showed up at the restaurant they said they had no record of payment for my order. I went inside (was supposed to be curbside) and showed THE MANAGER my bank account, with the charge already pending. She insisted I pay again and implied I was lying, because the cost of the food was $5 less than the charge in my account. That's because I added a tip to my online order. I have rock solid evidence they did this in my Huntington bank account.
