First of all, I have always had great experiences at Longhorn so I feel bad for the complaint! But it was more than just one thing AND our waitress was extremely rude. I have not been out for awhile, and I had brought my friends out because they were celebrating their anniversary together. Unfortunately I am for some reason unable to find my receipt as proof (and also it had our waitress's name on it so I don't know that either) BUT I can tell you what we had ordered that day. It was Saturday, Feb 1st in the evening. I had the Oscar filet and it was extremely chewy and completely filled with muscle to the point that it was not tender at all and I didn't finish it. The lobster tail was rubbery and none of the food was even warm. (I have never experienced this at your restaurant before). Even the mashed potatoes and were cold. Our waitress was extremely rude and walked away several times WHILE we were talking to her. This made my friends (who I was treating to dinner) actually not want to order food because they couldn't get our waitress to answer any questions about the menu.

I called there on Sunday September 15th at 11:30 in the morning talk to a manager settlers party was coming in at 5 called back at 3:30 talk to the manager Brandon told the manager a large party of 24 would be there at 5 I was told shouldn't be a problem might be a half-hour wait my son got there at 3:30 to sit and wait for our tables over half the party was there at 4:30 and at 6:30 we still couldn't get seated the manager had no idea what he was doing and was very rude I would never go to this restaurant again as long as he is a manager
