I recently moved from Florida to Ohio. I chose CVS as the pharmacy to fill my prescriptions upon relocation. In December 2023 I requested CVS contact Publix to transfer my refills. A month later I went back to ask the status of refills. Pharmacy told me they had nothing. I called Publix who stated they faxed everything 30 days ago. I informed CVS right there this was already done. The lady told me she had nothing and I would need to ask Publix to do it again. I called back reaching the Pharmacist who instructed CVS would need to do a phone order. This went on back and forth. I was put in the middle between two pharmacies unnecessarily. The entire time the CVS staff member never stopped typing, never appeared interested in helping me resolve the situation as evidenced by continuously looking at her screen, counting pills and scanning slips into the system. As soon as I got home I got a notification I had 10 prescriptions ready! How is that possible when nothing was ready or in the system and she just had a conversation with Publix? I don't appreciate being lied to or dismissed. On top of this I continue to have difficulty getting my scripts filled. I decided to control what I can control and will transfer my scripts to a different CVS. When I called the new CVS to ask protocol the staff member there informed me she lives in the town I currently get my scripts filled but works at a different CVS for the exact reason I am transferring my prescriptions - poor customer service. Her exact words "believe me I get it!"
