On March 26th my wife and I ordered a mini blind install (measurment), the 27th it was cancelled without our knowledge, on the 29th after repeated attempts to contact the contractor who called us for the measurements I returned to the store and this is when I discovered the install order had been cancelled (no one at the store could tell me why ) I asked to speak to the manager but was repeatedly passed off to different supervisors where finally ANOTHER order was placed, mind you a week has passed. It is now the 12th of April and the installer showed up today only to discover that the blinds we ordered and paid for are All CUT WRONG! We are almost three weeks into this and we still have no blinds in our new home with no end in sight. Oh by the way I ordered an Ice maker for the fridge we bought at the same Home Depot on that same day (3-26-19) for delivery to my home but guess what? It was delivered to the store so I have to drive the 45 minutes to pick it up. I am fed up with Home Depot and will pay my CC off and never use Home Depot again. Someone needs to clean up that store or your going to lose more Veterans like myseld who live around the base their close to this store. My last comment is that each and every time I have been in the store it takes an hour to get anything accomplished, from the fridge purchase, the miniblind order, the icemaker pickup to picking up the cut blinds. This is rediclulas and unnacceptable!
