On Sunday, 8-13-23 at approximately 5pm my 80 yr old mother and I were in the drive thru at the KFC restaurant located at 2830 S Douglas Blvd in Midwest City Oklahoma. My mother wanted a 3 piece combo and wanted all three pieces to be thighs. The young lady over the speaker took our order then proceeded to tell me that we could only get two thighs. Last week my mother and I were at the same location and were told by an adult black male employee that we could only have two thighs. Being told the same today I asked the young lady why we could only get two? I told her I easily get three when I buy food at the Shawnee OKC. The same male employee from last week then came over the speaker and told me I had an attitude. I asked a simple question and was rudely yelled at by this employee. I asked again why we couldn’t get three thighs. He said, because I don’t have three. He then yelled back, if you want three you can wait 15 minutes. I can’t remember the last time I was treated so badly by a restaurant employee. My mother who has Alzheimer’s was extremely upset by the way he talked to us. The odds of the restaurant being out of thighs two times in a row in one week should be very low as customers. I find it to be more about the restaurant not wanting to keep more chicken cooked for customers and serving what they want. Either way, it was poor service two times in a row for our family. I will never again visit this location. You need to know this employee is not what you want representing your company. I also believe the employee could be the manager which is even a bigger issue for KFC. This is not something I do but I felt compelled to let you know you are losing customers at this franchise and I’m sure others have been chased off too by this same employee.

Desired outcome: Employee should be terminated. My 80 yr old mother and I can both be contacted if you have any further questions.

Ticket 2158. Paid 40.36 for sixteen piece meal and only received eight pieces of chicken and it was old and soggy

I live to far away to go all the way back to the restaurant to fix mistakes and waited in line forever in the first place. This is not the first time I've had bad service but it will be the last time I ever go there.
