The rep that canceled my Wednesday appointment today was so rude and told me the option that is available online is not realistic and stated Petco was only for profit and doesnt care about its care and service for my pet. She gave me other appointment options that does not work for me and again, was so rude about it I just canceled my appointment all together and will be taking my pet elsewhere.

Please, Petco, do not make these options available if its not! I dont need to deal with your very rude [censored] employees!
Fix your website and appointment options. I was lied to and now need to figure something else out and this is not the first time you guys have canceled my appointments last minute like this. You guys send mass notifications to the me, the customer almost daily to remind me of the appointment then end up [censored]ing canceling on me - first time this happened you guys did it 2 hours before the store even opened as my appoint that incident was for 9am. I had no one to talk to or option to reschedule - just got a notification via text that it was canceled.
Desired outcome: Fix your website and appointment options and hire better employees
