We been paying for several months the full access to the gym and other location services within PA.
I decided to attend to another facility and I was denied access, the manager Bryant Moritz at the Fairless Hill, PA location decided that for me to have access to the gym I need to take a picture, something that we never ever requested not in Maryland or in any other locations in PA.
I understand what was the problem here, I'm and I look latino, and I'm sure that I was profiled by a young white manager that didn't like the color of my skin or the lack of proper English pronunciation
Desired outcome: I want an apology from the member and 3 months free of charge
Crunch Fitness - management/ cleanliness
Manager of crunch in Langhorne is pushy and rude. The ladies bathroom sink needs to be cleaned it smells like eggs. The soap dispensers keep falling off the walls. The paper towels and squirt bottles around the gym never work. The machines are filthy. The one female trainer has her friend there all the time. They take up equipment for a very long time, while stopping to play on their phones and talk.
