While this may fall on deaf ears, I am outraged at the amount of rudeness. And unprofessionalism that is taking place in this pharmacy. Customers are constantly complaining about this one pharmacist. There were complaints to the district manager, and nothing was done. She is still here. She is so rude to customers and completely disorganized. Prescriptions are taking days to be filled. I was told to return hours later, but it still was not filled. This woman needs to go. I have witnessed her be rude to customers over and over. I just called to ask once again about a prescription that has taken over a week. She tells me to call back and hangs up.
I am unsure what happened to Louis Pontarelli; he was the best. I never ever had any problems when he was there. At this point, I will look elsewhere to get my prescriptions filled as well as to shop. People have been complaining about this pharmacist for a long time, and nothing is happening. So, since CVS doesn't feel the need to ensure their customers are adequately cared for, you don't need my business either. It is a complete and utter outrage that CVS would even want such a person to represent their brand.
