I purchased a small bag of dry food and a few cans of wet cat food. Paper bags were the only option today. Cashier said that they will no longer have plastic bags.
You are killing trees and do not offer an option to have plastic.
Not only that by the time I got in the house and carried the bag to the kitchen the handle ripped right off and everything fell to the floor. When I tried to put it back in the bag and pick the bag up the entire side of the bag tore and everything fell again. It will be quite sometime before I enter another Petco.
Petsmart, here I come.
Desired outcome: Remove paper bags or provide an option to what customers prefer.
