I ordered meals for my family today Sunday, June 13, 2021 at 02:37 pm from Merchant ID [protected] the Popeyes on 4501 Castor Avenue, Philadelphia, Pa 19124 #11590. I requested a 5pc tender combo with fries, a 5pc tender alone, and a classic chicken sandwich COMBO with fries. The cashier rung up my order I paid with my debit card and when I requested my second meal cup she proceeded to YELL at me claiming I "did not ask for [censored]ing the drink and to not [censored]ing talk back to her." I order the same meals every time I go there. I don't even need to think about what my order is. She was loud yelling, rude and disrespectful. She could've admitted that she did not hear me correctly and just charged me for the drink. Instead she yelled at me, the customer, ignored my request for my meal that I have no problem paying for since it's what I wanted. No other employees said anything to correct her. I was told by other customers that the manager wasn't there, and she always behaves that way when he's not in. The panhandler outside that opens the door stopped me to not ask for money but to let me know that the manager will be in tomorrow morning and that I should tell him because she "always talks to people like that, she's always nasty." I don't see how someone with that disrespect for customers is working in a location in which she has to deal with people for everything that Restaurant needs to function. I want action. I want her replaced. She needs a job where she's not dealing with the public because clearly she has an issue with the public. I want a response so I know my complaint is read, acknowledged, and being dealt with.
Desired outcome: I want her fired.
