KFC

I was a cook at KFC that recently resigned due to pay. The shift managers are always in a rush to get out of the store not letting me get my full hours they could clock you out if they felt so when closing, I was homeless dedicated worker showing up and we could not clock in 5 minutes early to get ready. So the moment u clock in you are to jump in the kitchen and do your job. What i want to know how do i end up with 13.5 hours for 2 weeks when i was there on schedule 20 hours one week 20 hours the following, its as if they knew the labor i could output to have the kitchen shut down earlier and have everyone out the building earlier as well. Most of them do not like to stay their full times, yet they have such high pay checks which u can calculate whith their hours are so high, i left because im basically being pinched for my money. i worked 2 full mornings which ends up over 13 hours not including all the evenings i was working, and i end up with 13.5hours for 2 weeks not possible. I was allways willing to go far out of my way busting my ### in that kitchen sweating alot busy while some managers screwed around now since their under high surveillance things will be forced on to them to change, I was suppose to be a full time cook do not forget the money i was receiving for 2 weeks was enough to last me for food, gas etc. I put in more then 13.5 hours and so i left my hours were going back up yet now i find out im losing out of money, i deserve more then what this place is offering. I herd Kalid had said im a good worker i am a good worker i worked side by side with the president of KFC as well, yet i didnt even have a X for my mastery of grilled chicken im so confused hopefully u guys can fix this finacial situation. This is my first complaint i ever made about a company. I do not know which catergory to label this but i covered for Brent Moyer 2 morning shifts as well worked my evening shifts and end up with 13.5 hours for two weeks something has to be done.
