I opened a credit card for Kohl's on October 11 2020. The cashier also asked for my debit card. I thought she was using it to look at my credit. She charged my debit card and my Kohl's card for $107.07. This is a double charge and I want my amount of $107.07 removed from the Kohl's credit card. I have called customer service several times, emailed customer service several times and talked to numerous representatives to no avail. I was told I did not respond within 10 days of the complaint, but no contacted me. This has been going on since October 11, 2020 and I want this resolved. You have now charged me a late fee and expect me to pay $136.00. I WANT THE $107.07 removed from the Kohl's credit card. I have sent Kohl's copies of my debit card statements and you refuse to do anything about this. Remove the charge or I will be filling fraudulent charges.
