Called my local branch for some assistance with my account. The person who answered the call would not even look up my account, they transferred me to a customer service number.
That person made it very difficult to even look up my account and then would not give me any information. She looked up the charge in question, but told me she could not see or give me any more information. She then transferred me to another line claims department, John.
John was not able to give me more information on the charge and told me that ANOTHER department would need to be contacted.
Ever since Truist took over, I am unable to get appropriate if any help and that the company does not care about any one person that actually belongs to this bank. I have had numerous issues now and am I looking at other more professional banks at this time.
Desired outcome: Desired Outcome would be for the people at the physical banks to be able to help the customers with any/all tasks instead of constantly brushing one off.
