Captain D's - Rude customer service and lack of menu items

I went into the restaurant listed below and placed a to-go order on 3/2/2022 at 7:01 p.m.. The lady who waited on me was extremely rude and was more interested in listening to the BLARING music speaker that was on the counter next to the cash register - so loud that it was hard to hear her or to place an order. Then when I did place my order, she very rudely told me - "out of slaw and green beans" when I chose those as my side. She was ruder to the couple who came in behind me. He questioned if he had gotten overcharged (which it appeared like he did) but she told him that it cost more for the side orders he ordered (because there was no slaw or green beans). He ordered a water and was told all they had was bottled water. He just got frustrated with dealing with the rude lady and sat down to wait on his order - they were eat-in customers. Rude lady was also cleaning trays and the tea urns and throwing the trays on the counter to create a loud noise and banging the urns around to create more noise. She obviously was letting everyone know how much she did NOT like her job. I realize during these times that shortages of staff is common for a lot of businesses, but if the staff that does work there isn't customer oriented, perhaps they are in the wrong business - which is hurting your business. We have been frequent customers at this location for years but will, most likely, not go back when we can go elsewhere where our business is appreciated.

Desired outcome: Whatever the corporate office feels is appropriate - perhaps more customer service training - because it will not affect us as we will not be returning to this location.

I was in Captain D's at 11:00 this morning and ordered a 4 piece fish dinner with double slaw. As I sat waiting on my order I noticed that the receipt noted it was for a 4 piece chicken dinner. When I brought it to the attention of the lady at the register. Her immediate and snappy reply was "You told me chicken." I never mentioned chicken to this lady and told her to not call me a liar. The other lady at the front who was evidently acting in a managerial capacity immediately snapped, "She did not call you a liar!" My reply was "No she didn't say I was a liar but she did say I was not telling the truth." This manager-acting person began to argue with me too. So I asked for a refund. When I did this lady said, "I am going back to the (neighboring town) store because the people are much nicer there." I did get my credit on my card which I had used for the purchase. I can get chicken anywhere. Why would I go to Captain D's to get it? The condescending and rude behavior of these two ladies is unacceptable in a fast-food service establishment. Yet I see they are still there being rude to the public.

I have been in Captain D's several times since it has been in our town, and every time I have been, there has been something wrong with the service or order.

Can you not hire people who are willing to be of service to the public but who are not so blatantly rude.
