I made a confirmed appointment on 9-9-21 for my 2nd covid19 vacc. Confirm#ISGSKNQNFQTL19. I received an email reminder on 9-12-21 for my appointment the next day at 1pm. When I arrived seven minutes early the assistant Tiffany, which was authorized (certified) to give the injection, was told by the pharmacist Courtney that she was going on break. Following, she said I need to fill out a questionnaire paper. I told both of them that I completed it online, then Courtney said not unless you printed it. Rude and unprofessional! So, this being the second day being turned away, the first on 9-9-21 wheb I was told Moderna was only given every other day, I was discouraged. No one in front of me, then an appointment with the same treatment. My email gave instruction that I only needed my vacc card. I drove an extra trip four miles for no reason! Twice actually. Again, mainly the Courtney person was talking and Tiffany relaying. Being the 2nd dose, same location, appointment w/ confirmation, things should have been smoother!
Desired outcome: Some form of an apology and indirect compensation
