Best Buy - Liars

Well I remember when Best buy was a company with integrity. Guess those days are long gone. I've been lied to more than once in the last couple of days at the Myrtle Beach Sc store. I wanted to purchase a new laptop. Sc tax free purchase did not start until 8-4. I was told by a manger, Keep in mind they do not wear name tags and refuse to give their name that I had to wait until after midnight to place order online to get tax free discount. I ordered item 08-04-23 at 12:18 EST. The site added taxes of $36 even though I was told it wouldn't. Went to store to pickup item and resolve issue. Couldn't have gotten a more rude clerk. He told me the reason it was taxed is because it was an item that was not on the tax free list. When I explained laptop computers are on list he got even more rude and said "that's why you we taxed because it is not". When I asked to speak to someone above him he replied"Your talking to me". He completed the sale pushed the box at me and started to step away. I asked for the the HQ complaint number and he said it's online. I then asked for his name and he walked off only to bring a female, unknown if a manager. She was a little short with her answer but said "the refund would be up to 14 days because online doesn't recognize tax free day and it takes corporate some time to update". I called corporate number to file my complaint to learn they deal with central time not EST and my order shows

purchase 08-03 at 11:18 pm not 08-04 at 12:18 am. So it appears I will not be getting my $36 back. Thanks for all the liars at BEST BUY

Best Buy - Scheduled delivery

On 4/25 I bought a TV and Soundbar as well as a Total Tech membership. The delivery was scheduled for 5/18. I received multiple text messages about preparing for the delivery, the last one was sent 5/17. I stayed at home all day to make sure I was present for the delivery.

On 5/18, nothing happened. No calls, texts, messages, emails or delivery from Best Buy. Nothing.

On 5/19 I called Best Buy customer support and asked about the missed delivery. I spent over 30 minutes being transferred between departments. I talked to 6 different people. I had to repeat my name, phone number and situation each time. The first five times, all I got was "oh, we are sorry", "I certainly understand your frustration" and finally "I can't do anything, hold while I transfer you". The fifth person left the line open, so I got to hear a group of Best Buy employees tell jokes and complain about their jobs until I finally hung up.

The sixth person finally told me the reason. The TV was Out Of Stock. She did not know when it went OOS. Surely someone somewhere in Best Buy knew about this and could have contacted me before I wasted my whole day on 5/18. She rescheduled the delivery.

I understand OOS, but Best Buy wasted my whole day while I did everything they asked me to do.

Desired outcome: I would like someone with authority to call and offer something more than the $150 "go away, don't call us again" gift card.
