On july 24th I purchased a new computer and print for $1, 500. Before I took it home they were to set it up. Microsoft word and printer, never did. From day one I have been on the phone with geek squad that never resolved my problem. I would deal with one agent then they would give it to someone else. I even had a tech person come out to the house that cost me 49.95 for my computer and 39.95 to install my printer that should have been done but wasn't. Since there is no direct line to call the store I had to return the print. The manager steve was very rude he really didn't care what was going on with this nightmare. Steve just said get another printer. I did, then they said my husband didn't have an account right on the receipt it had my husbands name but they couldn't fine it. I asked for a discount since I have been a valued customer for many years as well as my adult children. He flatly said no! The service is horrible! If you call you deal with someone they put you on hold someone else gets on the phone and you start all over. It has been a nightmare and very upsetting.
