I have a friend that work's at the Ramada in Mitchell, SD and his manager is Nancy and she has tried to do everything for her job but the front desk manager (Lisa) does not let her have one day without getting yelled at for not finishing the arrivals before 3pm, even tho check in is at 3, we also have a maintenance person named Jeremiah that is on his phone almost every day and every hour. Also he has been sitting in one of our remodel rooms while on the clock and not working.
These things have been brought up to the managers before but nothing ever happens.
I hope that we can fix these issues for better future times.
I have talked to most of the workers in the building and their stories have corroborated with this email
