On 09/27/2023 around 5:30 p.m. I witnessed Pharmacist involved in a screaming match with a customer. Pharmacist threatened to leave, drop the bars on this place and nobody gets their medicine. Very unprofessional. The lady was upset over the long line, and long wait at the pharmacy. This location never has enough staff to supply customer needs, 10-15 people in line inside the store, numerous cars in the drive through, always a 25–30-minute wait time. My scripts were ready for pick up (same as the screaming lady) but you still have to stand in long line. I have called the complaint line twice with long wait and other issues, never hear anything.
Desired outcome: staff that know what they are doing, and shorter wait times for meds.
CVS - Just service...
The associate was actually really a help. The thing is I worked 26 years in the customer service and she could not take a one hour lunch but, just sit next to the counter and eat. It is not her fault of this happening. Felt bad for an associate that could not benefit to take one hour lunch break. To me it is not sanitary for her in the public to eat where sick people enters and exit. She did not know that I'm doing this. I just felt bad for a company to do that to an associate. Columbia tn trotwood ave store nights.
Desired outcome: Maybe a relief for her to eat her meal off the sales floor.

Well you do not know the whole story about what happened between the pharmacist and screaming customer. Not that she should punish the rest of you for it, but perhaps the person she was screaming at was behaving like a six year old.
