My grandchildren and I (3), stopped to eat around 5:30, on 8-27-19, the first employee asked my grandson what he wanted, he couldn't decide on what cheese he wanted, lady was very rude, she was also rude to my grand daughter, I knew exactly what I wanted but acted like I didn't, to see if she would be rude to me, she was, I let her know she wasn't going to push me around, there was one other customer that came in while she was waiting on my grand daughter, so it's not like she had a long line, then we got to the young man that was putting on the finishing touches, my grandson, and grand daughter didn't get what they wanted because his attitude was awful, if this is the way we are going to be treated, we will not be back. I have worked with the public for 40 yrs, always treated people the way I want to be treated, all I can say it rude, rude, rude their name tags was turned backward so couldn't get their names, also because my grand daughter wanted 1/2 sandwich with one type of chicken, the the other half with a different type, she would not give us the discount for that one.
